Day 2: The Hobbiton: A Photostory

So... I've already written about the Hobbiton, but I skimped on the photos. This was partly because processing photos after a trip is exhausting and I'm a nerd who thought it more efficient and useful to write a detailed itinerary. Regardless, here are some photos of the Hobbiton.

The tree in the photo below is fake, and it is one of the most expensive movie props.

Unfortunately, you can only enter one of these 40+ Hobbit holes.

Part of the garden here is actually legit and has real vegetables.

The Hobbiton is a morale booster for more petite people. Look how little the bridge is.

The Green Dragon Bar: It's so intricate. It's almost as if it's a movie set.

This was the starting scene in one of the movies. Am I Peter Jackson or am I Peter Jackson?
