1          About the Blog

The Snobby Foodie (TSF)  is a recipe, review, and travel publication established by Rad Sakale (Snob in Chief).

I have two years of news reporting experience with The Daily Texan, and 2 years of experience in social media analytics, freelance food writing, editorial writing, and professional photography. I believe good food can be healthy, and food shouldn't be snobby.
