Shin Ramen, but Make it Kimchi

Flavors: Spicy & savory

Some nights you just gotta spruce up some ramen. I have fond memories of Shin Ramen in high school. Study study study and eat some Shin Ramen. Yeah nerd stuff. Here’s a dope way to spruce up our beloved ramen cup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of kimchi + juice

  • 2 green onions

  • 2 cups of water

  • Leftover meat or tofu chopped finely

  • Shiitake mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp gochujang

  • 1 Shin Ramen packet

Instructions

  1. Heat up kimch + juice + water in cast iron

  2. Add in meat/tofu and shiitake.

  3. Add in Shin Ramen and cook.

  4. Top with chopped up green onion.

  5. Serve it up.
