Shin Ramen, but Make it Kimchi

Some nights you just gotta spruce up some ramen. I have fond memories of Shin Ramen in high school. Study study study and eat some Shin Ramen. Yeah nerd stuff. Here’s a dope way to spruce up our beloved ramen cup.
Ingredients
1.5 cups of kimchi + juice
2 green onions
2 cups of water
Leftover meat or tofu chopped finely
Shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp gochujang
1 Shin Ramen packet
Instructions
Heat up kimch + juice + water in cast iron
Add in meat/tofu and shiitake.
Add in Shin Ramen and cook.
Top with chopped up green onion.
Serve it up.
